EXCLUSIVE: Jacko Driver Turns Self In; Claims "Unaware" Of Accident



Michael Jackson's driver has turned himself into authorities and said he had absolutely no idea he was involved in an accident with an ambulance parked outside Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The driver turned himself into authorites Thursday night after hearing media reports that he was a wanted man.

Police questioned Jacko's driver who told authorities he was "unaware" of the accident and did not realize he had clipped the side rear view mirror of the ambulance.

Police are calling this a "minor accident."

So far, no charges have been filed against Jackson's driver and he is free while police continue their investigation.

Jackson was not in the SUV at the time of the incident, but did enter the vehicle shortly thereafter. The SUV then took off from the scene.

The driver of the ambulance has said that he suffered whiplash in the accident, and may file a lawsuit.

I became a big fan of Michael Jackson at the age of 13. Like most other crazed fans, I'd learned all his cool dance moves, had a lock of curly hair to grace my forehead, grabbed my crotch at regular intervals for no reason at all and moonwalked all over my school premises.

Sure I'd heard of the phenomenon known as Michael Jackson before, but didn't get swept away till I bought a cassette of his earth-shattering album Thriller. Bad followed Thriller, taking my obsession with him to the next level, and by the time Dangerous came out, I'd declared myself a devotee for life.

Thriller was a smasher of a pop album, Bad was more than a worthy follow-up. Dangerous affirmed Wacko Jacko could not only progress with changing trends but could come out of top every time, thanks to his state-of-the-art pop music.

The good times didn't last, and the superstar got embroiled in several controversies. Jackson was accused of molesting children, and received bad publicity courtesy his seemingly abnormal lifestyle, marriages and his unusual way of bringing up his children. In other words, the strange events in his life established him as some sort of a freak. Jackson's alleged plastic surgeries, rumoured health issues and peculiar behaviour added to his very odd profile, which should have contained nothing but his superb discography and his status as the world's most enthralling entertainer.

So naturally, I was excited to hear Jacko will be releasing a brand new album sometime this year. Will the greatest entertainer ever be able to regain his lost glory? I'd like to think so... let's hope he steers clear of 'Jesus Juice' and anything else likely to get him into fresh trouble.
